The bag was new condition as promised, just deflated. Like it had been stored for a long time without being stuffed with paper. It did come with a dust bag, the drawstring was broken. ebay should require sellers to post actual photos of the item as opposed to only posting the items’ company's website images. Buyer be mindful. The product is ok. This seller does not accept returns, so I will have to keep it.
