I ordered some cane tips and it was labeled what I ordered but actually was another size. After writing to the seller, he gave half my money back and let me keep the wrong size. Got here fast and got my money fast. I think this is a good honest seller.
Poor packaging. Arrived bent a damaged. Should have packaged with cardboard or something rigid to protect from getting damaged. Not worth the hassle to return. Didn't need use of a full roll. Nonetheless I was disappointed.
