  1. Seller needs to ship his items in something more sturdy so that the item(s) purchase aren’t received damaged. My package came torn open and the case (if you can call it that) totally shattered because there was no packing to secure the jewelry to prevent damage! It is nothing short of a miracle the ring wasn’t damaged - they even opened the small plastic package and opened the Kleenex wrapped ring! Use another shipping company in the future!
