First of all I live in Texas so it came super fast! It was clean and didn't have any bad odors or torn package at all. Came neatly folded and was even better than I was expecting. The zippers are all in good condition, as well as the buckles and the pack itself. Practically brand new, as described. Price wise, it can't be beat - I got it for half off, so it was quite a steal.
