Seller shipped the item quickly and packaged it using box it originally came in. The item was as described and it was beautiful. The price was wonderful. Unfortunately, during shipping the item being so fragile did end up have a "chip" in the porcelain upon arrival. I contacted the seller and they arranged immediately for a return and refunded me. I would absolutely do business with them again and they were extremely accommodating. I have no complaints at all.
