  1. Item arrived damaged (item was wrapped a ziplock bag and small unpadded box), box was crushed and beads broken off with chain link tangled and disconnected. Notified seller. Tried repairing but cannot be fixed (will simply use beads for crafting). Item was not described as damaged. No refund offered and seller does not take returns.
