Excellent communication, ready to provide expert guidance and help when required. Super fast processing and dispatch. However, packaging, protection and signage for fragile goods in transit could be much improved. My parcel arrived with two damaged corners to the cardboard box which were both open to the elements and the contents on display. By sheer luck, the product I bought appears undamaged, although it may have been a very different outcome had it been in transit any longer than overnight.
First poster had creases but after contacting via email, a replacement was sent out and even upgraded delivery to express to make sure I got it in time as this was a birthday present for my son a few days later. My son will surely be back for more wall art when he completes the purchase of his first house shortly. Thanks again for your excellent service.
