Item is new, in original package, and exact item pictured and ordered. Only minor nitpick is that the item took over a week to actually get shipped. That said, it was right in the middle of the holidays, and it did arrive fast once shipped, plus it wasn't an item actually for the holidays, so the, relatively small delay, was not an issue. So it very much could just be from the busyness of the season, and I'm perfectly content with the experience.
