Everything as neatly wrapped in bubble plastic with a printed receipt of my order and placed inside a cardboard box. They were very fast in shipping it. USPS messed up delivery, I am still waiting for item after over two weeks. I contacted seller about the delay who promptly looked into it and confirmed that the postal service had dropped the ball and refunded my money and told me to keep or donate the item if it is ever delivered.
