Item took too long (over 3 weeks) to arrive, and missed Halloween...but I don t know if that was due to the seller, or to the post office, so I can t say for sure. However, the seller DID issue a full refund and I didn t have to mail it back. And otherwise the seller was fine. So, I give a neutral rating rather than negative.
I wanted the color changed just before the item was in the delivery stage. I didn't have much hope because I've never been able to do that. I communicated with the seller and right away he said he would change it. I thought "sure you will". It arrived being the color I had asked for. Kudos to this seller.
