The courier marked this as delivery made, posted through letterbox. I didn't receive the item. None of my neighbours had received it either. I contacted the seller and a refund was quickly put in my account. This not the seller's fault. I was offered a replacement item but I don't trust the courier. I would advise not to use Hermes if you are selling. Even though Hermes was renamed Evri quite some time ago, the tracking number was ' Hermes : numbers' .
This star charm is absolutely beautiful! It shines and stands out on my bracelet. Came as described. Great price for the quality of the charm. Arrived on time and packaged extremely well. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more from this seller again. Thanks for a great experience!
This charm arrived on time, securely packaged, not as described but I had already contacted the seller to question the colour of the charm because it was described as fuchsia (which is a deep pink) but looked red in the photo, which it actually was!
