Item was exactly as described. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We thought there was a problem with the remote. The seller contacted us and suggested we move the original remote away from the vicinity of the TV. It was interfering with the new remote. After doing that, we didn’t have any further issues with the remote working correctly.
