They communicated with the Mfr. and shipped an exchange unit the next day. Back and forth communication was excellent. They forwarded a pre-paid return label for the unit I had in hand. Very Professional. Yes. I would do business with Pelham Equipment again.

  3. After receiving a couple incorrect harness' from other vendors, I saw a color picture of exactly what I needed. Arrived when they said, packaged well, and the CORRECT wiring harness !!! Had a color code diagram with it ! Excellent folks to deal with !!! Got the tractor in the shop yesterday and just drove it out of the shop about ten minutes ago ,with everything working perfectly !! THANKS !
