This plastic tape dispenser has been mine since childhood. The tape is clear with pictures of Smurfs on it. There is still tape in it but it is hard to pull so I am not trying. Likely it has lost its adhesiveness. It says made by leadworks Cleveland Ohio. I don't recall where it came from but being as I am in Cleveland it was likely sold locally.
