Item not received, contacted seller, response was good, apologetic , willing to sort it out, but was blaming or going to ask business partner to follow it up. Waited 10 days with no reply, got eBay involved and received the exact same response like it was a copy and paste reply. I replied to this with I want answer and I received the exact same copy and past reply. Having said that I have been refunded the full amount so all I have lost is time.
