I purchased 2 snowboards as a Christmas gift for my kids. Seller said item would arrive by Christmas. The product itself is exactly as described and the kids love it! However, shipping was extremely delayed. The product was shipped on Dec 18th and did not arrive until Jan 6th. I reached out to the seller and did not receive any response. I know the shipping issues were a usps problem but a little bit better communication would have been nice. All in all a great purchase minus the shipping mess.
Very pleased with the item. It arrived in excellent condition and was as the seller described in the listing. Great communication. Would make another purchase.
