Honest reliable seller! Flashlight arrived (quickly and well packed but) with a faulty battery charger. I was able to charge the batter with a charger I already had, but the seller without hesitation offered (and gave) a generous partial refund. The faulty charger was no fault of the seller's but he was great to take full responsibility.
Came nicely packaged in a box with paper scrunched up beside it so that it wouldn't slide around in the Box. About two of them they look brand new and brand new packaging. The only thing that could have been better is if the batteries would have came with it, LOL thank you!
Excellent communication from seller. Unfortunately, the item was partially crushed in transit as the packaging was a little too snug for the item's dimensions. That said, the seller was prompt (near immediate) in their response, and provided assistance for the issue.
