Both packages arrived in good condition, and appearance, quality is good, as is value for the amount of money. No complaints. The only problem was with the delivery. The driver left both packages out at the street next to the mail box. They could have easily been stolen and we would never have known it until several hours later. My complements to the seller for the good communication. Wish I could say that about the delivery driver. Very disapointed with them. Otherwise a good transaction!
First of all, I’m a tool guy and have mostly top of the line tools, Dewalt, craftsman, Milwaukee to name a few. This tool box is well worth the money as my overflow box sitting on top of my 5’ Milwaukee tool chest. I would highly recommend this as it’s a great box for the money. I actually went to the big box stores and they just didn’t have anything to compare at a reasonable price. Seller was great and received my tool box in two or three days.
Shipment delay was a bit frustrating but product arrived as advertised. Great value for a teenagers fun. Quality is excellent. Mouthpiece was missing on arrival but seller took care of it and we’re giving our grandson a shiny new trombone to learn on. Only downside was the almost 2 week shipping time and a lack of clarity in the tracking/carrier for ETA.
