There was a delay with the distribution facility, and I was so appreciative of the seller for keeping me informed and even asked how they could make it right.   3. Arrived earlier than expected, which was great. The product was brand new, just as advertised. I have a minor recommendation: the jacket arrived with a small dent/crease, probably from a knock in transit. It’s not that bad, but for longer shipments (as in my case, I ordered from Mexico), I’d recommend using sturdier boxes or at least some additional plastic wrapping. Aside from that, it’s splendid. I would buy from this vendor again.
