Excellent item and excellent customer service and communication. The only downside is the amount of time it will take for you to receive your item. I had to wait over 5 weeks to receive this due to the Shipper's method of shipment. I could have received it sooner, but it would have cost me an additional $11.00. I politely suggested to Seller to reconsider his shipment methods. As the item weighs less than a sheet of paper, it could have been placed in an envelope with a normal stamp and mailed.
Seller is very prompt on communications and very nice. The chess set arrived quickly, surprisingly from Amazon but I paid slower price than Amazon advertised so that was a plus for me. It is a Christmas present so it is yet unopened. It is in perfect condition right down to the shrink wrap so I am confidant that the chess set is perfect too. I do recommend this seller for their price, fast, free shipping and open communications.
