There was originally an issue collecting the package on my end, due to being out of town. The seller professionally mitigated the concern. In the end, there was a issue with the controller I purchased, but once again, the seller refunded me immediately without the extra step of returning the inoperable controller. I give the seller 5 stars and kudos for conducting business the correct way!!
Item looks 100% brand new and functions great. Came 100% as listed and packaged professionally. Shipping was fast and I even got the warranty. Great value for the product (modem) and my carrier was trying to charge 3 times the amount for the same item. Friendly seller, highly recommend.
Proportions are way off via manufacturer’s packaging… by no means sellers fault… but I did get a great price.. super fast delivery… my 3 yr. old granddaughter loves it so all is well. Great Seller that really cares about the customer. Those are few and far between nowadays Thank You!!!
