At first I only received two bar stools when I had ordered four only to have them come in a few days later. For me this was ok but I would have liked to have known this from the beginning to stop any confusion. Communication from seller was excellent as they informed me of later shipment when I asked the question of only receiving two. All bar stools matched perfectly and were fairly easy to put together. After first stool was assembled others were much easier to assemble. Would buy again.
Great quality, very sturdy, excellent price with free fedex shippng.Only assembly needed was to screw on the wheels and turn a tiny screw with allen wrench provide to level the shelves. Sent a message to customer service and they answered within hours (only received one shelf but had ordered two. The other one came the next day ( a Fedex error).This was my second purchase from this seller. Both times the shipment left their warehouse the day after I ordered. Great service!
Due to a stupid mistake on my part, I didn't actually receive the item. However, when I contacted the seller about the mistake I made they were very understanding and worked with me to rectify the situation. I will definitely be purchasing from this shop the next time I need furniture.
