Item arrived quickly & was packed extremely well. I noticed that because my previous ornament order from another seller had 3 of the 7 ornaments damaged. Before that, I was sent the wrong item (got a refund). I knew the box was damaged, this seller made that clear. I was fearful. At first I thought Sally'a foot was damaged, but it was not. That's the way it was made. Item arrived in perfect condition. Looked great and was a nice price. My faith in Ebay is restored. Very Happy..

Loved the dolls. Great addition to my collection. Shipping was a little delayed due to post office messed up and rerouted the package back to the sender and would not deliver it at first. Packaging was good except for original boxes a little damaged, but that was as described. Great communication with seller.
