I purchased straight from JC Penny because almost all sellers on EBay don't have paperwork for their watches- this has warranty card that has never been issued as well!!! --- even authorized Seiko dealers on eBay don't offer the full warranty, and I bought directly from a box store to make sure it was legitimate, because everything is bootleg now a days!!!---- ---- I bought a upgraded box ( factory box is cheap) That is included!!
