The seller was very communicative and checked to ensure I had everything I needed--both during shipping and afterward. The item (Famicom Top Loader) arrived promptly, was well-packaged, and was in excellent condition. It works well and was exactly as pictured. This purchase was also quite a bit cheaper than buying a NES Top Loader in North America (which also lacks AV support) and can play NES games no problem with an adapter or flashcart. Really happy with this purchase and seller!
