***Please Read*** This is what customer service is supposed to be like. I purchased an item from the seller and it was shipped soon after payment. I followed it on tracking, and noticed that it was stalled in transit. Several days after the expected delivery date I reached out to the seller letting them know I didn't receive the item. I received and immediate response and the seller did everything they could to locate the package. Great communication and effort. I would buy again anytime
I ended up buying three hats from this seller. All were in great shape and exactly as described. The seller communicated quickly and agreed to combine shipping for the three hats, which saved me a good amount on shipping and cut down on packaging/boxes. Package came faster than expected which is great... it was packaged well inside of tear proof plastic which is awesome.... came as described in picture(used hat in awesome condition) and the value was relatively low for such a nice hat... this was actually a gift for my babygirl... she'll b 5 next month... awesome gifts from a awesome seller.. will b shopping more in the near future and Go Huskies!!!!!!
