Perfect communication. I opted for local pickup and had a local friend pick up the TV in-person. Unfortunately the item was not as described. I reviewed the original listing and the photos did display damage which I had overlooked but the description stated it was in perfect condition. I’d like to believe this was just an honest mistake. Called the seller and she graciously permitted a return. Item was relisted with an updated description and reduced price. Would do business again.
Item arrived looking as described condition-wise, soft (no "dryer burned" fabric), no stains, and was packaged sufficiently. It did arrive with a slight stale odour though, it's airing out before getting any cuddles lol. A very cute, high quality, uniquely posed vintage goat plushie! Thanks very much!
