Item as described, fair value, prompt communication with seller. My beef is the very slow shipping. It took 16 days to get here! USPS is not reliable anymore. Even though the item weighed only 7 ounces USPS put it on a boat to Hawaii, when according to the web site items weighing less than 15.99 ounces should be shipped by plane. I suggest switching to another carrier.
I bought this pie plate to replace one just like it that was suffering from too much time in the oven.The pie dish (which, despite its age, was apparently unused) arrived in perfect condition thanks to the seller's meticulous and creative packing job employing a kid's pool noodle to to protect the ceramic. Well worth the cost of the item and the shipping charge!
