Product was exactly as advertised. Seller went to some effort to establish the manufacturing date of the product (smoke detectors expire after 10 years and although it was "new", the product is no longer manufactured it was important to me to know how many more years it had). Seller researched the serial number to find the manufacturing date, and sent me email with the details. Was very happy with this purchase and the seller.
It shipped as advertised and it was packaged as described. It shipped on time and came open boxed (as advertised and mentioned) and the item appeared brand new. It needed charging but I took care of that. It was definitely a good value considering what other sellers wanted for the same product.
Product was shipped very quickly, packaged very well including an acrylic protective box that I did not expect (High quality with magnets), and price was very fair especially considering that the acrylic box was included... thanks! Box was as described.
