The touchscreen was said to be working, but it wasn’t; however, the customer service do a good job at handling the issue and I would recommend this seller to others. The items I received was otherwise as described and was definitely worth the money. Shipping and packaging was very good as the product was packaged well and arrived in a timely manner.
Seller was quick to answer questions, battery likely went bad during transport and seller was quick to give partial refund in order to purchase new battery with quick replies and great customer service. Item was packaged and came as described. Overall good experience with item and seller.
