The laptop came exactly as described and it was packaged very securely. Originally they shipped it with the wrong power supply. But the seller was super responsive, and sent me the correct one when I contacted them. Outside of that, the laptop was in great condition and it benchmarked exactly as expected. I have had zero issues with it in daily use either. Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again.
Packaging as described and value But unfortunately, eBay insist on UPS and they damaged it in the process and shipping Please understand this is not the sellers fault. This is eBay acting like a corporate industry, forcing people to use certain shipping companies. That in my opinion before during an after Covid or incompetent uncaring and not trustworthy
