Received my console is very good condition, even for the higher priced A tier. The seller contacted me and told me a bit after I purchased the device that there were not any A tier devices left, but that he would order another and make sure it was in good enough condition before he sent it out. He is a very honest seller with good products and good prices. Messages can take a bit to get back but they are in Japan so take the hour difference into consideration. I recommend this seller
Arrived very quickly and was well-packaged. System was also in excellent physical condition, exactly as advertised, and arrived pre-modded with an unbranded 128 GB SD card as well as a wall plug and two(!) charging cables. Incredible for the price and among the highest value on the market, hands-down. Unfortunately I had to return it for other reasons, but I would recommend this seller regardless.
