This dress is chiffon lined in a silky 100% polyester. It has a padded bust with an O ring in the center. It ties behind the neck, at the center of the back, and at the back of the golden beaded belt . The waist is elastic. The skirt is lined down to mini length and the outer fabric is long shher with slits. I also have this listed in sizes 2X and 3X and in Ivory. It is a size 1X. Each of the bust cups measure 10 1/2" from top to bottom and 10" wide. The waist measure 35" around and stretches to 58" around. The skirt is 46" long. The length of the lining of the skirt is 19". For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably. T2
