A used Texas license plate was purchased on 7-3, shipped on 7-7, and delivered by USPS Priority Mail on 7-12. Plate received was as described and pictured in the listing and was packed along with another purchased license plate inside a postal plastic padded envelope. Delivery was slow considering item was shipped Priority Mail which was beyond the control of the seller. The seller's acceptance of offers for both plates made for a good purchasing experience.
