I did not expect an empty case, I was going by the picture and didn't read the description which I am totally aware of now. However it came in a clear plastic bag instead of a padded envelope or even a small box. Perhaps because of shipping costs idk, but for the price I paid for this item it should of been shipped totally different. With this said because of my mistake I will keep my purchase and will fully read all descriptions on following purchases. Thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
Product is as ordered. Shipment was quick. Was somewhat disappointed that the shipping info did not include the USPS tracking number that Amazon used to ship it. Tracking provided only showed that it was shipped. I subscribe to USPS Informed Mail Delivery and when the Amazon package showed up I had no idea where it was from. Caused some temporary concern that my Amazon account had been hacked.
After receiving a courteous response from the seller after the tape was delivered twice incorrectly by the carrier I promptly received the tape I ordered on the second try. This was a very responsive seller to a delivery concern.
