10 STARS IF POSSIBLE. What a professional bunch of sellers this company is and staff it employs. Ordered 4 items the same and one was not up to the standard I would have expected. Sent query and pictures and was immediately replied to that they apologise and a replacement was in the post. It arrived at the next earliest post. Why can't all sellers be this good. Even came with screws, result. 😁
Initially they sent just one handle, then after contacting and requesting the second that I’d paid for they sent a second that didn’t match the first… After contacting them again, they finally sent the correct second handle. All of this caused considerable delay and hassle, so not impressed, but the handles (when I got them) were as described
