  1. Said item had shipped. They did not provide tracking. I contacted them for them to tell me that the source they get there books from didn't have it, and it was a mistake to put the auction up. Even though they took my money and I had to reach out to them. Also I noticed that once they sold me the book I looked at he auction again and they had raised the price of the same book which they didn't have about 300 dollars.

  2. I thought this was the spiral bound book and contacted the seller immediately after purchasing it to confirm and thinking there would be a day or two before it ships. It has shipped the very next morning and the seller apologized for the image of the spiral bound book and advised it was the paperback. They kindly refunded the money and very generously let my family keep the book. Thank you!!!
