The hat arrived perfect, just like the picture with the requested change I asked for. I was disappointed that I had messaged the seller twice prior to ordering asking if they could change the hat to say “mastiffs” instead of “mastiff” and never received a response to either message. I took the chance and ordered it anyway and put the request in with the order. Luckily, the change was made just as requested but I think they would get more orders if they responded to their messages.
I've ordered hats from this company in the past and found their products to be of high quality. No difference this time. The hat is rugged and should last a long time even with daily use.
