  1. I ordered a Blu-ray and the seller bought the DVD version from Amazon and had it sent to me instead of the Listed Blu-ray. This is a lower quality & cheaper version of what was listed on E-bay, So I asked for a Return. They offered me a $10 refund if I kept it which would have meant I paid A LOT more for the DVD than Amazon sells it. Seemed like a Bait and Switch tactic and they never had the product on hand but were buying it and sending a cheaper version from Amazon with a gift receipt!

  2. Although as always, Ebay stuff can be slow to get out of America, the package arrived fairly promptly, was well tracked, and was well packed. The Network Device ears themselves are well designed, surprising strong and well made, and also included good quality, rack fitting fasteners. Given this, I'm well pleased with this Vendor, and would recommend them to anyone.
