Since I did not know how to "refurbish" it, I requested to return it for a full refund.   2. The item was shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. Once unpacked the item appeared to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately it would not retain a charge. I contacted the seller and they had me initiate a return. As soon as the item was scanned at USPS a full refund was made. I would recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

  3. wrong item sent by seller - not sure how that happened when correct item was pictured in the auction, communication with seller was prompt, and a compromise was reached. Seller did their best, this was an international purchase so it gets a little complicated when there are issues, but as stated a compromise was reached.
