Shipped quickly and arrived as described. Cassettes do not include cases, but they were not pictured. Cassettes are not identified for length, so you have to do a bit of sleuthing, but they are well made and exactly as pictured.
I felt that the description was not sufficiently clear as to belt length. I did not ask for a refund, but seller voluntarily issued one anyway. Good communicator. Good seller.
