EXCELLENT customer service, exceptional product. When this book initially came it was a soft cover, but when I contacted them and told them that the ad said hardcover and they immediately messaged back to say they were sending the correct copy. It arrived not too long after in great condition.
Item condition was marked as very good and not noted as a former library book. It was indeed a former library book and as such is well used. In my opinion the book is acceptable or good at best. It’s readable but beat up. Not happy about the price paid for the quality of book.
While I do think the shipping could have been quicker (I bought on the 5th but took a while to get it to the 20th. However, that was still in the projected time for it to arrive. I just think it probably could have been faster?), the item is exactly as described.
