Due to the sheer incompetence of the courier 'Evri' my item came all the way from China only for Evri to never attempt delivery and then have the gall to pretend I made a return to sender request when I absolutely did not. So I never got my item, however the seller support has been great and offered to send me new items which I didn't need at that point as I had to buy them elsewhere due to time. I did ask for a refund which they quickly gave me. Great seller A++++
