THE VALUE OF THE ITEM FOR THE PRICE I PAID WAS DOABLE. THE ITEM WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN NEW CONDITION, AND IT MAY BE, BUT THERE WAS A CEMENTED PIECE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP. SO, IN MY OPINION IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE A NEW CONDITION ITEM.
