Package arrived fast, was very well packaged, everything that was in the picture was exactly what was in the box. Everything was in great condition and works well!! Elgato Capture Card Neo was as pictured, packed securely with the original power cable, shipped out quickly, and seems to work perfectly right out of the box! Sent an offer to the seller for the item which was already a decent price and received a fair counter soon after. Would be happy to do business with this seller again.
The wheel was shipped out quickly, arrived safe and sound looking just as described in the listing photos. Packaging was good with lots of bubble wrap and cushioning. The wheel worked perfectly after supplying my own AC adapter, so value was excellent given this is a pretty obscure accessory.
