Seller offered to send item at a later date when replacement would be available or I could receive a refund. I chose the refund due to when I needed the item. The problem I had was the delivery guy, put the package on the ground inside the gate where the dogs can get hold to it and tear it up. My dogs tore it up when they throw it over the fence i have a bucket on outside the fence, stating to put packets inside of it, or I have a table on the inside the gate to set the package on top of the table.But he wants to throw it on the ground
received this item yesterday intact & as described, in standard shipping envelope. each spork was individually wrapped too. the purchase page doesn't update the tracking but when i contacted seller to inquire about the ETA, they replied back to inform me regarding the tracking infos., thanks for that! recommend this seller.
