Pulsar (Seiko) Quartz 100m "Diver Style" Sport Watch (Reference Y513-6029). This model is a notable piece of Seiko history, sharing the internal architecture of the professional Seiko 7548 divers. These appear as small white random fots on the dial. Vintage 1980 Pulsar 100m Sport Diver, Ref. Y513-6029. This model is a notable piece of Seiko history, sharing the internal architecture of the professional Seiko 7548 divers. • Movement: Pulsar Y513 Quartz (Highly durable 2-jewel movement based on the Seiko 6309/7546 platform). • Case: 40mm Stainless Steel cushion-style case. • Dial: Textured matte black with large luminous plots and day/date window. The watch features a beautiful and natural 'stardust' patina on the original matte black dial. This 'starry' effect is a sought-after vintage characteristic where the dial finish aged over time to create a unique appearance. These appear as small white random fots on the dial. • Water Resistance: 100m (Vintage; not pressure tested). • Crown: Screw-down crown at the 4 o'clock position. Vintage condition with honest wear to the case and crystal. Please Note: The original black polyurethane shroud is no longer present, exposing the stainless steel case and bezel screws. The watch is currently running and keeping time. Has brand new battery. As with all vintage watches, service may be required in the future.
