Proto Screw Shield for Arduino Uno R3 R4 - Assembled Terminal Block Prototype.... It does not add extra common GND or V+ rails. WIDE BOARD COMPATIBILITY: Fully compatible with Arduino Uno R3/R4, Uno SMD, Leonardo, and Zero. They provide a convenient way to connect wires securely without using jumper cables. NOTE: 1. FEMALE PIN HEADERS – Each header actually has two parts. The **female socket** is on the top side of the board, which allows you to plug in jumper wires or shields. The **metal pins of the header pass through the PCB and extend to the bottom side** of the board. These pins are simply the leads of the header component and are not intended as additional connection points. 2. SCREW TERMINAL BLOCKS – Each screw terminal is directly connected to the corresponding Arduino pin. They provide a convenient way to connect wires securely without using jumper cables. 3. PROTOTYPING (SOLDERING) AREA – The holes in the prototyping area are NOT connected to the female headers or screw terminals. This area is intentionally left isolated so users can build their own custom circuits without unwanted connections. 4. GND AND VCC PINS – The board provides the same number of GND and VCC pins as the Arduino Uno itself. It does not add extra common GND or V+ rails. Each GND or VCC terminal corresponds directly to the matching pin on the Arduino.
