Even though I got the wrong item, I am still highly positive on this seller. They tried to fund what went wrong on their end and strived to make it right. They apologized three times in the same note back. Such mistakes happen. I am very happy to find such a good seller who is customer oriented. I eventually opted to return the item. Item got lost in the local post office at my end. I logged an item not delivered because it was several days beyond the arrival deadline. Luckily a worker there inadvertently found it and it got delivered. Good communications from seller who even offered to send another one free of charge. I am glad he didn't have to go through that extra expense. So, this is a highly recommended seller. AAA+++
The plane itself arrived in good condition, nothing broken and came with everything shown in the listing. The seller was responsive to my offer which was nice. The box itself seemed to have been roughed up and it was torn in an area, which may have occurred during the shipping price. Overall though the price was reasonable when accounting for shipping, so I am satisfied.
