A reasonable experience overall. Disappointed with the return packaging given it was sent in a box but not returned in one. This is a definite area for improvement and suggests a focus on postage costs rather than ensuring the watch will be received undamaged. Communication was regular and clear and the result of the service, clean and polish appears good.
